Have a source on this being the first time Liandri has sponsored the ascension rites? --Sir Brizz 15:51, 13 August 2007 (EDT)

It is never explicitly stated, but strongly implied here. I'm going to start playing the game again sometime soon, hopefully, so perhaps I'll find more. Adding a "maybe" to the statement in the article would make it worse in my opinion, but removing it altogether isn't the right option either, as the Liandri are relatively new at least. Not sure there is a way to say that without making it sound stupid though. Hmmm, maybe just saying it like I just did, that UC2 cutscenes imply the Liandri are new this year or something like that.
