The Target Painter points a laser at a given location using primary fire, and zooms with secondary fire.  The laser is harmless but several seconds after the laser is charged up a bomber plane flies overhead dropping powerful bombs.  The plane can be shot down.  The Target Painter is used only in the [[Assault]] [[gametype]].

The Target Painter points a laser at a given location using primary fire, and zooms with secondary fire.
