Mercenary Soldier

Mercenary Soldiers are the most common of the Mercenary ranks. They wear brown armour and have purplish-lavender eyes (although it is possible that the lavender color is due to goggles). They have two appearences, a thin, spindly appearence (in Noork's Elbow) and a muscular, taller appearence (on the UMS Prometheus and Skaarj Mothership).

They are equipped with an invulnerability shield, but unlike Mercenary Elites cannot fire while using it. Your best bet is to wait for the shields to overload, and then attack with the Flak Cannon or similar weapon.
