An Unreal 1 item. It is very rare, as it is found only one time in the original game, clearly in Rrajigar Mine. It is also found in DM-Healpod. You can only get one at time. When this item is used, it is being thrown on the ground and after some seconds, it begins doing various sounds, until to the point of explode (harmless). Although it is completely useless in Single Player or Instant Action, as monsters and bots totally ignore it. It can be good against Human Players that don't want to be in a firefight behind the corner.
