Overseers

The Overseers are a group of alien beings overseeing the Tournaments in Unreal Championship.
UC's story tells of a very advanced alien empire that conquers the galaxy, but lets the Liandri Mining Corporation continue their tournaments, under the watch of their Overseers.
The storyline for UC was not used in its sister game UT2003, nor was it ever referred to in other titles, leading to believe Epic does not consider the storyline canon.
