Phayder?

Somebody added the Phayder as an Earth corporation. I am not so sure that is correct. Does anybody have a source on that? If not, I'm sure UT3 will teach us exactly who the Phayder are. I am writing the Human-Skaarj War right now, but I'm leaving out the Phayder just in case they're not from there. Please add them if they are of course, if I forget.
