Returning from UT2004 as the super weapon for the Axon team the Leviathan has had quite a few changes. The driver still has control over the transformation sequence and the main gun, but there is no missile launcher this time around. Instead, the driver fires Tarydium shards, much like the Stinger does. The four passengers get to man their own turrets like before but each turret fires something different. The front left turret fires a fast beam, similar to the shock rifle. The front right turret fires rockets in quick, 4-round bursts. The rear left turret fires stinger shards, and the rear right turret fires shock cores that explode into shock combos upon contact with the ground. In addition to the varied weapons, all four turrets have a shield similar to that on the Paladin, but much smaller and with a limited-time duration before they must recharge.

Originally designed for urban pacification, the Leviathan found its greatest deployment near the end of the Human/Skaarj wars.

Health: 5000
Number of Seats: 5
Driver Abilities: Homing Rockets, Deploy/Fire Ion Cannon.
1st Passenger Abilities: Plasma Turrets. (4)
2nd Passenger Abilities: Not Applicable
Main Uses: Node Lockdown, Attention Grabber

The Leviathan is the super weapon of the vehicle roster. It can be manned by five people (one driver, four passengers) and each has there own weapon to fire. The driver is in control of the missile launcher and the main gun whereas the passengers take control of identical energy cannons (similar to the Link Gun's primary fire).

What sets the Leviathan apart from the rest of the vehicles in UT2004 is that it can transform. When stationary the driver can activate the transformation sequence in order to make use of the main gun. The main gun is a giant energy cannon capable of taking out a Power Core in two shots and any vehicle or player in one direct hit. As with the Ion Plasma Tank the main gun takes a couple of seconds to charge before it can be fired.
